About the role

Casual opportunity to provide an efficient, effective, professional and client focused administration support servicing in the following areas while participating in a 24/7 roster system.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Rotate through various allocated administration positions within the Emergency Department working across a 24/7 roster.
Ability to work with the Management Team to successfully facilitate, promote and adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes providing quality care to patients.
As the first point of service, you are required to greet patients and/or their relatives professionally and courteously while remaining calm and empathetic ensuring that patient care and safety is the priority and focus.
