With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders and wear the pink shirt About the role We are currently seeking a casual Production Operator to join our close-knit Toll Formulation team in Rockingham to play a key role in the manufacturing and formulation of designated products, adhering to established procedures and schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are produced in line with safety standards, quality protocols, and customer requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on precision, safety, and efficiency Responsibilities As a Production Operator, you will:
  • Manufacture designated products in line with company procedures and the production schedule
  • Formulate products accurately according to production batch sheets
  • Ensure all goods are stored correctly, adhering to Dangerous Goods Storage Segregation guidelines
  • Label, fill, and pack finished products, ensuring all actions meet customer protocols and align with documentation and production procedures
  • Assist with preparing stock reports
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About you
To excel at Elders, you have:
  • Current Forklift licence
  • Previous experience within a production environment
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods, ideally within the agricultural industry
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Production Management Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to understand written procedures and instructions
  • Articulate communication with the ability to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders
