Copado is seeking a Solution Consultant for the APAC region to lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle. In this role, you will identify customer needs, design and deliver customized demonstrations, educate prospects on best practices, and assess the feasibility and value of Copado’s solutions for enterprise clients.
As a key player in the sales process, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, guiding customers through technical discovery and evaluation to drive successful business outcomes and customer wins.

Copado is seeking a Solution Consultant for the APAC region to lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle. In this role, you will identify customer needs, design and deliver customized demonstrations, educate prospects on best practices, and assess the feasibility and value of Copado’s solutions for enterprise clients.
As a key player in the sales process, you will collaborate closely with the sales team, guiding customers through technical discovery and evaluation to drive successful business outcomes and customer wins.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support to the sales team, prospects, and customers in the APAC region throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Be an expert in Copado’s AI-powered DevOps platform and how our DevOps Automation, Testing and AI offerings can be applied to solve business needs.
- Develop and present value-based demonstrations of the Copado solution.
- Manage and run workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) guiding measures of success and towards meaningful outcomes.
- Respond to RFPs and other required formal written responses for sales opportunities.
- Be an interface to Product and Engineering teams, representing voice of the Customer
- Supporting all aspects of regional development including, but not limited to, attending marketing events, meeting with customers, and influencers from different channels.
- Located in Sydney or Melbourne with the right to work in Australia.
- Strong technical skills, ideally from software development experience or previous pre-sales or consulting experience.
- Proven experience with Salesforce implementations and/or Salesforce Certification(s).
- Ability to lead technical presentations and engage the audience.
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to industry events and onsite customer meetings in Australia and New Zealand as well as the ASEAN region from time to time.
- Knowledge and experience working with DevOps and/or Test Automation.
- Experience with the SDLC and Release Management.
