What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead quality assurance strategy and execution across large-scale financial services projects
- Act as a trusted advisor – collaborating with client executives, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive quality outcomes
- Conduct risk assessments, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide independent insights into risks, delivery value, and blockers to success
- Mentor and guide QA teams, championing best practices and ensuring alignment across all phases of delivery
- Lead recovery and intervention efforts when required, applying expert-level QA knowledge and influencing at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
- Strong background in Delivery Risk Management and Client Engagement
- Proven experience providing solutions that scale across multiple teams and business domains
- A leadership mindset with the ability to influence, guide, and align teams toward quality-focused outcomes
- Previous experience in the financial services sector – ideally within large enterprise environments
