As a Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements — helping us deliver high-quality solutions our users can trust
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user acceptance and system testing.
- Apply best practices and methodologies in software testing across agile delivery cycles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis to support defect resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test matrices and traceability.
- Leverage basic SQL skills to validate data and perform back-end testing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report defects.
- Prioritise tasks and manage testing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
- Bring general knowledge of financial markets and platforms to inform testing scope.
Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a testing and/or change environment
- Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies
- Proven experience writing test matrices, test cases, and UAT scripts
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and regression testing
- Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and validation
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage defects through to resolution
- Experience working in Agile teams, with understanding of Agile ceremonies and planning
- Effective stakeholder communication, including reporting test outcomes and risks
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- General knowledge of financial markets and/or financial platforms
- Experience facilitating or contributing to testing workshops
- Excellent organisation and time management under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and trust building
