As a Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements — helping us deliver high-quality solutions our users can trust

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user acceptance and system testing.
    • Apply best practices and methodologies in software testing across agile delivery cycles.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process.
    • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple systems.
    • Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis to support defect resolution.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
    • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test matrices and traceability.
    • Leverage basic SQL skills to validate data and perform back-end testing.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and report defects.
    • Prioritise tasks and manage testing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
    • Bring general knowledge of financial markets and platforms to inform testing scope.

Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a testing and/or change environment
    • Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies
    • Proven experience writing test matrices, test cases, and UAT scripts
    • Hands-on experience with manual testing and regression testing
    • Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and validation
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage defects through to resolution
    • Experience working in Agile teams, with understanding of Agile ceremonies and planning
    • Effective stakeholder communication, including reporting test outcomes and risks
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • General knowledge of financial markets and/or financial platforms
    • Experience facilitating or contributing to testing workshops
    • Excellent organisation and time management under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team collaboration and trust building
