Senior Fire Protection Engineer

About The Role

Our client we pride ourselves on not only providing a core offering of the regular building services disciplines, but also a full spectrum of dedicated specialists in more niche disciplines.

We are currently looking for a Senior Fire Protection Engineers who can start immediately. You will have Local Australian experience working with Building Services engineering consultants.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering design and documentation of fire protection projects.
• Consult with clients on design and delivery.
• Provide support in designing fire services for buildings including calculations, pipe sizing and specifications.
• Provide QA reviews on fellow engineer design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, team members across multiple disciplines.
• Undertake internal and external training.
• Attend client meetings/site inspections.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Have relevant Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, recognised.
• QBCC or RPEQ certification is a positive
• Experience liaising with Clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Wet and dry services design experience will be a requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business development skills would be favourable.
• Have an ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines.
• Experience with multidiscipline integration will be a positive.
