In addition, we have the proven ability to engineer and execute financing solutions that are essential for growth and success and offer access to financing in the public and alternative capital markets through the issuance of debt, equity, or hybrid securities.

Scope
The Corporate Finance team is looking to add a Vice President in Sydney. As a Vice President, you support new business development and engagements. Vice Presidents work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancing’s and leveraged buyouts.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions, ensuring the successful closure of deals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts and Associates, fostering their professional growth
- Develop and review comprehensive financial models, utilizing database systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in facilitating discussions with senior client executives and target management to align project goals and expectations
- Support the initiation and expansion of marketing efforts and client development strategies to grow the firm’s business
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
- 7- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or M&A, with a solid track record of closed deals and sell-side transaction experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and applied financial theory
- Keen analytical abilities, with a motivation for financial analysis and problem-solving
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and take entrepreneurial initiatives to drive business growth
- Willingness to develop a professional network and build relationships with clients, firm personnel, and target professionals
