The Opportunity:

About You:

• You have strong legal experience in oil and gas
• You have regulatory and/or competition law experience
• You have experience working on upstream and downstream contracts
• You have experience reviewing marketing material
• You have experience and the ability to co-ordinate responses to ACCC notices
• You have experience providing legal guidance, risk assessments, review and respond to voluntary requests
• You are comfortable with assisting with occasional project work
• You are comfortable being on the tools and undertaking BAU work
• You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
• You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
• You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
• You have a current practising certificate
• You have the right to live and work in Australia
