At our operations depot, we are now looking for an experienced transport and crew Scheduler to work with the Sydney team based at Yennora. The operations area of the branch is a fast paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large organisation that will support you to achieve a long-term career.

As an Operational support to the Operations Manager, some of what you will be doing:
- Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals
- Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs
- Mentoring of crew
- Briefing/Debriefing of crew
- Induction/onboarding management
- Monthly operational reporting requirements
- Contractor invoicing management
- Fleet maintenance/management
- Onsite OHS requirements
You will have experience in;
- Scheduling crews within Road Transport or related environments
- Managing a frontline operational team, preferably within Removals
- Ability to build and develop long term business relationships
- Well developed computer skills using MS suite
- Proven history of commitment to provide exceptional customer service
