Responsibilities include:
- Provide legal advice to the business and customers on contracts, compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, negotiate, and review various contracts, including professional services, IT, employment and commercial agreements.
- Develop and update legal templates, policies, and processes to support business operations.
- Monitor legal and compliance risks, assisting in mitigation strategies with the General Counsel.
- Manage external legal counsel and support claims, litigation, and investigations as needed.
- Maintain governance policies, statutory records, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
You have:
- 2-5PQE with relevant legal qualifications and unrestricted practising certificate
- Strong experience with commercial contracts and/or employment contracts
