We respond to warm enquiries from customers who have expressed interest in being assisted with their life insurance needs and our professional team of Life Insurance Specialists lead the competition in its sales achievements, customer service, product knowledge & performance.
The Client Services Team assists in maintaining Life Insurance policies for customers of Compare Club. As a Client Services Specialist, you will consult with Clients by proactively contacting them and taking inbound enquiries, to ensure their policy continues to meet their needs moving forward.
You Will Have
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritising and managing a pipeline of client enquiries
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to engage with team members and colleagues at both a professional and personal level
- Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of compliance processes within the financial services industry overall, broad knowledge of products would also be ideal
- Contact clients regarding missed payments, cancellation requests and renewals via phone, email and sms
- Conduct comparison quotes and complete life insurance applications at clients request
- Respond to client enquiries and provide solutions to maintain highest possible retention rates
- Develop strong relationships with external underwriters and case managers in order to improve efficiencies and outcomes
- Maintain professional relationships with existing Compare Club Members
- Maintain strong relationships with Life Insurance Specialists and other internal stakeholders
- Identify and act on cross sell and upsell opportunities for existing customers
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with and support our offshore retention team
- 1 years experience in the life insurance industry (desirable, but not essential)
- 3 years experience in Client Services or Client Retention (financial services industry is preferred, but not essential)
- Experience handling complaints, working within compliance guidelines
