About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead - Cyber to lead and embed change initiatives across a digital transformation program. This is a critical role supporting the successful delivery of cybersecurity-related projects within a complex and regulated environment. The Change Manager will apply a structured change management approach to enable seamless adoption, engagement, and business readiness.


Key Responsibilities

Change Leadership

  • Apply a formal change management framework within the Digital Division’s project delivery methodology
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change and training needs analysis, and develop comprehensive change and communication plans
  • Develop business readiness strategies and action plans to drive change adoption and ensure outcomes are achieved
  • Assess and report on business and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Work closely with General Manager sponsors and business stakeholders to identify and manage change impacts
  • Ensure appropriate engagement activities are in place to support project readiness objectives
  • Partner with the Program and Platform Managers to proactively identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues

Delivery & Execution

  • Coordinate delivery of all change and readiness activities across the program
  • Ensure a holistic and integrated change approach is maintained throughout the project
  • Drive the development and implementation of change artefacts to support project releases
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal governance, especially within a ring-fenced organisational structure
  • Promote safety, diversity, and environmental awareness as part of workplace culture


Essential

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework
  • 5+ years' experience leading organisational change initiatives in a large, complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge constructively
  • Strategic and tactical thinker, with the ability to distill complexity into a practical and sustainable change plan
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience in delivering organisational change using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Exposure to Cyber Security-related change initiatives or programs
  • Proven ability to build a “one team” culture across internal teams and external vendors
