About The Role
As a Junior Cost Controller, you’ll assist in the accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of project costs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance or accounting career to grow within a high-performing team focused on solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects.

About The Role
As a Junior Cost Controller, you’ll assist in the accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of project costs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance or accounting career to grow within a high-performing team focused on solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and maintenance of project cost controls
- Assist in month-end reporting and cost forecasting
- Help track commitments, variations, and accruals in SAP and FPM systems
- Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost accuracy
- Learn to interpret financial data and provide insight to project teams
- A recent graduate or junior professional in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Eager to grow in a project-based environment, ideally within construction or energy
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning
