Role Purpose (Why does the role exist?)

The National WorkCover Client Engagement support role works closely with Audika WorkCover clients, clinic network, the Audia WorkCover team and partner lawyers to meet the needs of Work Cover clients and ensure that WorkCover claims for hearing devices are processed in a timely fashion. They will have an understanding of the WorkCover process and the different requirements across Australian states and partner law firms

Key Accountabilities

People


  • Works with Audika WorkCover clients and the clinic network to ensure that workers are supported and (re) engaged in the Hearing Loss Claim process
  • Support, promote and recognise the culture of the organisation in line with our core values, ensuring you demonstrate company values consistently


Operations


  • Outbound/ Inbound calls to prospective WorkCover clients – provide exceptional customer service to prospective WorkCover clients by being polite, helpful and professional in all encounters
  • Recognise the importance of meeting the needs of the client in a timely manner and ensuring accuracy of all information provided to the client
  • Identify the clients’ needs as well as the assistance required, through booking appointments with partner lawyers, clinics or offering phone assistance where appropriate
  • Liaising with a National network of lawyers with regards to progressing and reporting client progress through the legal claim process, identifying ways we may streamline and improve processes
  • Work with the WorkCover team and WorkCover manager to identify areas of improvement and develop specific actions to drive improved client engagement.
  • Excellent record-keeping – spreadsheet usage and internal systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate the importance of excellent customer service to convert higher percentage of clients through the process
  • Become a key support contact for Audikas WorkCover clients
  • Drive work cover referrals through high quality customer service skills
  • Ensure compliance with the OHS policies of the company

  • Excellent time management and organisation capabilities to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-driven performance achieve goals, through collaborative efforts of others
  • Clear and articulate in communication; verbal, written and face to face
  • Becomes competent in the use & application of all internal Work Cover utilized ERP systems e.g. DM AX, OR Power BI, Microsoft teams etc.
