As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive records and ensuring that our client's information is up to date. Serving as a trusted resource for our clients, you will answer their queries and offer valuable insights into their financial data. Manage a variety of bookkeeping tasks and provide back up support on administration tasks, contributing to a collaborative culture.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing account payments;
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations;
  • Regularly perform bank reconciliations;
  • Assist with Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and Business Activity Statements (BAS);
  • Data entry and management;
  • Maintenance of computer-based administration file;
  • Maintenance of client files;
  • Processing and lodging Superannuation
  • Payroll
  • Support and mentor junior bookkeeping staff



  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proficient in Xero
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with clients and foster strong relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Intermediate / advance experience with Microsoft Office packages
