We are looking for a professional and friendly Radiology Clerical Receptionist to join our team at Grampians Health. As the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, and health professionals, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department. This role involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within the COMRAD system. This role involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within the COMRAD system. If you're organised, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and liaise effectively with reporting doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to in-person enquiries.
- Accurately prepare and manage patient documentation and data entry in the COMRAD system.
- Maintain confidentiality in all correspondence, documentation, and communications.
- Advanced computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
- Proven ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records.
- Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and patient-centred service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience with hospital systems (such as IBA/PAS) and knowledge of COMRAD is desirable but not essential.
