About The Role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Radiology Clerical Receptionist to join our team at Grampians Health. As the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, and health professionals, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department. This role involves managing front desk reception, handling appointments and enquiries, and preparing documentation within the COMRAD system. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and liaise effectively with reporting doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to in-person enquiries.
  • Accurately prepare and manage patient documentation and data entry in the COMRAD system.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all correspondence, documentation, and communications.

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accurate data entry.
  • Proven ability to manage databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and patient-centred service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with hospital systems (such as IBA/PAS) and knowledge of COMRAD is desirable but not essential.
