Your key responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of purchase orders – from receipt of planned orders to final delivery and payment. You'll communicate directly with suppliers to confirm orders, track changes, and resolve any issues that arise.
You'll review loading plans to ensure optimal use of container space, and coordinate with our shipping team and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery. When challenges occur, you'll be the problem-solver who finds solutions and communicates changes to all relevant stakeholders.
Your analytical skills will shine as you prepare reports to monitor purchase orders and track new products. You'll also play a crucial role in onboarding new suppliers to our systems and ensuring they understand our processes, helping to maintain our high standards across our supply chain.
