About the Company

We are the people partner for an independent media agency that delivers innovative, data-driven solutions tailored to client needs. They believe in strategic thinking, collaboration, and excellence in execution, ensuring meaningful results for their clients. Their people-first culture prioritises growth, development, and long-term career progression.

Their Marketing Coordinators play a critical role in supporting teams across various media channels, gaining hands-on experience in campaign reporting, implementation, and client engagement. This role provides a comprehensive introduction to the media industry, with clear progression pathways to more senior roles.

The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support one of their media teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients across industries such as travel insurance, automotive, and non-profits. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience across all aspects of media planning and buying, rather than being siloed into a single function.

You will:

  • Assist with campaign reporting, analysing data to identify trends and performance insights.
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal recommendations.
  • Support media implementation, including setting up campaigns in platforms like Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to gain exposure to strategy, planning, and client management.
  • Contribute to team workflow and project management, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
  • Learn and develop skills in both traditional and digital media channels.
  • Work from both their Manly and Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility depending on business needs.

This Role Is for You If...

  • You have a degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field.
  • You are eager to learn about the media industry and gain hands-on experience.
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, have strong attention to detail, and can identify trends in data.
  • You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You are proactive and self-motivated, ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy collaborating with different teams and contributing to business success.

This Role Is Not for You If...

  • You are looking for a role that is heavily structured or specialised in one area.
  • You are uncomfortable working with numbers or analysing data.
  • You prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating with a team.
