Orange Door Hub Practitioner

Experienced Orange Door Practitioners - Hybrid Opportunity! Northern Melbourne

We're seeking skilled Orange Door Practitioners to join a dynamic team providing critical support to individuals and families in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The position is until end of financial year.

Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time
Work Flexibility: Hybrid opportunity (2 days office based)
Hourly Rate: $61-$64 per hour + super

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory) - applications without this experience will not be considered
Expertise in family violence, child well-being, or working with Persons Using Violence (PUV)
Strong knowledge of The Orange Door Framework
Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and referrals

What You'll Do

• Provide intake and triage services to families in need
• Deliver culturally informed, client-centered interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and wellbeing
