Port Macquarie Panthers are seeking a motivated and hardworking Team Member to join their dedicated and busy Maintenance Team.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for energetic and reliable candidate to join our Maintenance team on a Part-Time Permanent basis as a Building Presentation Assistant. Assisting the team in the set up and pack down of all functions in the club, onsite training will be provided as you partake in a variety of maintenance activities within the club. You will enjoy being part of a supportive team that is constantly looking for opportunities to improve and take great satisfaction in a job well done.

Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include, however are not limited to
- Assisting with the set up and pack of down of all functions;
- Cleaning of all functions facilities and equipment;
- Coordination of all logistics relating to the set up of functions and events;
- Assisting numerous tradesmen and the maintenance team in various tasks;
- Keeping work areas and amenities clean at all times and;
- Ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health and Safety and WorkCover requirements.
- Strong commitment and passion to developing your skills within the maintenance industry;
- Excellent time management, planning, communication and logistical skills
- A strong work ethic, works well in a team environment;
- Be reliable and have a positive attitude;
- Highly motivated individual who shows initiative in the workplace;
- Ability to work well under pressure and be self-sufficient to complete tasks within the set timeframes;
- Possess strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work;
- Current Drivers Licence;
- A good level of physical fitness as the role contains consistent and continuous lifting, moving and pushing and;
- Previous handyman/trade assistant experience would be advantageous, but not required as training is provided.
