Job description:

We are looking for someone to join us on a four-month contract as People & Performance Administrator based at our Auburn head office. Working for a dynamic organisation and closeknit team, this role is a critical member of the People and Performance team function.

This opportunity comes about as cover for a parental leave vacancy. While we’ll need to spend time with you at first in person at the office, we may be able to accommodate a hybrid work arrangement over time.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate all People and Performance systems and processes including:
    • Drafting employee letters and contracts
    • Salary and wage reviews and adjustments
    • Traineeships, apprenticeships and training requests
    • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Co-ordinate offboarding of employees
  • Support the Executive GM of People and Performance with the provision of reports and data; follow ups on projects and tasks; and respond to enquiries
  • Maintain data in our HR information system (SuccessFactors – SAP)
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvements in people processes
  • Audit employee files and follow up on outstanding documentation
  • Lead team meetings and initiatives

What makes you the right GOgetter for this role:

  • Ideally a tertiary or certificate four in human resource management or psychology
  • Three years’ experience as a HR administrator or similar
  • Prior experience managing compliance-related tasks
  • Experience with a HRIS – a bonus if it is Success Factors/SAP
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about tasks
  • Excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
