People & Culture Administrator

We are looking for someone to join us on a four-month contract as People & Performance Administrator based at our Auburn head office. Working for a dynamic organisation and closeknit team, this role is a critical member of the People and Performance team function.
This opportunity comes about as cover for a parental leave vacancy. While we’ll need to spend time with you at first in person at the office, we may be able to accommodate a hybrid work arrangement over time.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate all People and Performance systems and processes including:
- Drafting employee letters and contracts
- Salary and wage reviews and adjustments
- Traineeships, apprenticeships and training requests
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Co-ordinate offboarding of employees
- Support the Executive GM of People and Performance with the provision of reports and data; follow ups on projects and tasks; and respond to enquiries
- Maintain data in our HR information system (SuccessFactors – SAP)
- Identify and make recommendations for improvements in people processes
- Audit employee files and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Lead team meetings and initiatives
What makes you the right GOgetter for this role:
- Ideally a tertiary or certificate four in human resource management or psychology
- Three years’ experience as a HR administrator or similar
- Prior experience managing compliance-related tasks
- Experience with a HRIS – a bonus if it is Success Factors/SAP
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about tasks
- Excellent prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
