The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee our customers’ requirements, including making suggestions and implementing improvements to increase efficiencies and provide timely and professional response to our customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer requirements are addressed in a timely manner and the Komatsu equipment is performing at the highest possible level by:
- Apply a pro-active approach towards Health Safety and Environmental Komatsu employees are on site.
- Review major machine down events and support the customer in escalating any delays in returning the machine to work through machine down alerts.
- Actively Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings with the customers providing feedback on fleet performance as required and compile monthly reports.
- Monitor Customer Oil Wear Analysis and implement and advise Corrective Action Plans where applicable.
- Monitor machine cautions and abnormalities, action accordingly.
- Provide site support for warranty and technical enquiries.
- Provide parts support through reviewing RSPL, and machine down delays caused by parts stocking to improve process and availability.

What we are looking for:
- A Self-starter who can achieve goals unsupervised.
- A person who is focused on positive customer outcomes.
- Experience with supervising a work group.
- Komatsu equipment knowledge.
- Preferred R&M Care knowledge.
- Able to use Microsoft Office software, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate efficiently with customers.
- Someone who is willing to provide customer feedback during critical points of a job.
Qualifications
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter or Electrician.
