Customer Service Operative – Casual

The Role
As part of Trident’s integrated services team at Robina Town Centre, you’ll support customer service operations alongside security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers at information desks or while roaming the centre

• Answering and managing phone enquiries

• Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers and mobility aids

• Liaising with centre management and tenants

• Assisting with marketing and centre initiatives

Skills & Experience
To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Excellent personal presentation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Solid computer literacy

• Effective listening and customer service skills

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
