Customer Service Operative – Casual

The Role
As part of Trident’s integrated services team at Robina Town Centre, you’ll support customer service operations alongside security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers at information desks or while roaming the centre
Answering and managing phone enquiries
Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers and mobility aids
Liaising with centre management and tenants
Assisting with marketing and centre initiatives
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Excellent personal presentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid computer literacy
Effective listening and customer service skills
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
