The Role

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Omni is branded across the industry. You will lead Omni’s Marketing strategy, plan and execute marketing campaigns, build brand visibility and build strong stakeholder relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is creative, likes problem solving, has excellent writing skills and is focused on delivering high quality solutions to their clients.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and implementing Omni’s Marketing strategy through detailed market, competitor and industry analysis
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including the organisation of Omni’s presence at larger industry exhibitions
  • Generate creative ways to advance Omni’s brand across the industry and overseas
  • Manage the internal marketing team to achieve branch KPIs
  • Oversight and management of Omni’s Marketing budget
  • Development and implementation of Omni’s Brand guidelines
  • Preparation and management of PR and Marketing collateral

Essential Requirements

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

In Addition, This Role Will Require

  • 5 years’ experience working in a similar role and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent writing skills and strong knowledge of Marketing principles
  • Competence in Adobe Indesign, Figma, Social Media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook) and the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
