About the role
You’ll be the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing the delivery of campaigns end-to-end. From briefing through to activation, reporting and reconciliation—you’ll ensure every element is delivered with precision, passion, and a bit of Mushroom magic. Working closely with our Senior Partnerships Director, you’ll help execute both short and long-term partnerships and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role offers the chance to work across a wide variety of projects—from large-scale music and entertainment activations to innovative digital campaigns—all within a dynamic, fast-paced team.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and deliver end-to-end campaign execution across multiple clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, venues, agencies and suppliers
- Oversee reporting, timelines, budgets and campaign documentation
- Collaborate closely with Mushroom Group businesses and internal stakeholders
- Be hands on in leading on-site activations and ensure top-tier execution, some travel will be required.
- Support new business development through pitch documentation and organic growth opportunities
- Handle campaign finance including quoting, invoicing, reconciliation and budget tracking
What we’re looking for
- 1 – 2 years previous experience in partnerships, client service, or campaign/account management
- Great communication skills—you’re confident with clients and a team player
- A love of music, entertainment, and all things creative
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to handle competing priorities and fast turnaround times
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently
- Financial and budget management skills
- Bonus if you’ve got experience working in events, marketing or media
