Environmental Services Assistant

The Royal Melbourne/Orygen Specialist Program (OSP) - Youth Access Team

  • Full Time, Ongoing (80 hours per fortnight)
  • Based in Western Footscray Campus

The Royal Melbourne Hospital provides comprehensive mental health care, including acute, community, and 24/7 emergency services. We're seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to join our Orygen Specialist Program – Youth Access Team. Orygen delivers specialised mental health support to young people in Melbourne’s west, combining clinical care with research and innovation. This 24/7 service ensures accessible, evidence-based support to youth in need.

About The Role

  • Ensure a clean, safe environment for all

About You

  • Cert III in Health Services or equivalent (PSA, PCA)
  • Cleaning experience in hospital or health setting
  • Committed to RMH values – people first, kindness, excellence
  • Familiar with hospital protocols and safety standards
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible with rosters
