The Role

Are you a Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Consultant looking for a fulfilling career? Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, your clinical expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You'll play a crucial role in their recovery journey, using a holistic approach to achieve their goals.

The work day

  • Functional Capacity Evaluations: Assess clients' abilities to help them reach their return-to-work objectives.
  • Worksite Assessments: Identify suitable duties for clients to support their short-term and long-term goals.
  • Collaborative Care: Work with other health practitioners through case conferencing.
  • Rehabilitation Activities: Organize activities like Pilates and Hydrotherapy to aid recovery.
  • Medical Report Analysis: Review and interpret medical reports (e.g., MRIs, X-Rays).

Requirements

  • Professional registration with AHPRA
  • Strong client focus and relationship-building skills
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
