What you'll do
At the Centre for Leadership Excellence we are revolutionising the way we develop and deliver educational programs to create and deliver impactful learning experiences to Queensland Health employees. We are committed to fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence in education through cutting-edge instructional design methodologies and technology integration. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Principal Project Officer (Instructional Design) with experience in Learning and Development to oversee the development of contemporary blended learning experiences and educational programs. Reporting to the Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide specialist learning and development advice to establish an online learning presence.
About you
For success in this position, you will have exceptional knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and have experience successfully transitioning facilitated training to interactive blended learning experiences. You will have a proven track record of analysing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating, successful learning solutions in a variety of formats, including e-learning, video, and other multimodal resources. This role requires a highly skilled instructional designer with creative thinking skills who can collaborate with subject matter experts, leverage the latest in technology, and apply best practices in adult learning theory to create compelling and effective learning experiences.
