We are seeking a Property & Rating (P&R) Solution Architect who is passionate about delivering insanely great solutions to our customers. Working as a Solution Architect in our Solutions team, you'll be at the forefront of that vision working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, capture, and translate requirements into innovative business outcomes for our customers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership capability, inspiring a collaborative culture and fostering a collective sense of direction that drives the delivery of high-quality standards. Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to develop concepts logically and concisely, building trust and commitment through open, consistent communication.

What you'll be doing…

  • Translate business strategy and customer insights into impactful solution experiences that align with our broader company goals and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, including their features, functions, and compliance requirements across various regions and industries.
  • Facilitate meaningful cross-functional collaboration by leading workshops and effectively communicating work to senior stakeholders and executives, clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions.
  • Participate in workshops with internal and external customers to ensure the solution design aligns with customer requirements.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, innovative, and accessible solutions for complex user experiences.
  • Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements of our solutions
  • Participate in presentations and forums to educate stakeholders on new solution and/or solution features.

Your Talents…

  • Relevant degree and/or industry experience (Property & Ratings Product)
  • Practical knowledge and experience with product modules, features, functions, and compliance requirements, preferably with TechnologyOne products.
  • Familiarity with industry best practice analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in facilitating workshops and group discussions.
