Programmed is thrilled to present an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established team as a diverse applicant who can work in a dual ADMIN/WAREHOUSE role with our client, a global leader in supply chain solutions, conveniently located near Brisbane Airport!

This site will be a brand-new distribution facility for our client, as they continue to expand their operations. Therefore, we are looking for staff who will be willing to complete training at our clients existing location in Karawatha for 2-4 weeks. After completing this training, you will transition to the new site near Brisbane Airport once training has concluded.

Role Overview

  • Order consolidating
  • PO numbers
  • Stock consolidating
  • Ordering for the warehouse (i.e., coffee, toilet paper etc.)
  • Timesheet approvals
  • Rostering requirements (liaising with the team leaders and sending rostering requirements to agencies)

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within a similar role both warehousing and office based is highly desired
  • A forklift license is a bonus but not required
  • Experience in a cold room environment is advantageous
  • Proven ability to consistently meet administrational duties along with carrying out warehouse tasks.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Must be willing to travel to Karawatha to carry out training and relocate to new location set near Brisbane Airport.
  • Flexibility to work the following hours:
    • 06:00am to 14:00pm
    • 07:00am to 15:00pm
