Project Portfolio Manager

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Project Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact ERP projects across our Queensland Consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll shape delivery outcomes, mentor project teams, and drive continuous improvement across our implementation approach.

What you'll be doing…

As a key leader in our New Projects Consulting team, you'll oversee a portfolio of complex, multi-product ERP projects-guiding Project Managers, partnering with customers, and ensuring exceptional delivery outcomes. You'll be a culture champion who thrives on solving complex problems, challenging the status quo, and mentoring others to success.

• Overseeing the successful delivery of a regional portfolio of ERP implementation projects
• Supporting Project Managers to ensure adherence to governance practices including reporting, stage gates, NPS tracking, and project controls
• Driving accurate project revenue forecasting and contributing to regional profit goals
• Coaching and mentoring team members across all facets of project management, commercial negotiation, and delivery execution
• Leading customer engagement strategies to deepen relationships and build long-term advocacy
• Actively resolving escalations and steering "Red Projects" back on course
• Supporting continuous improvement of our delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to help evolve our products, services, and implementation approach
• Contributing to operational efficiency through better systems, processes, and cost control

Your Talents…

• Extensive experience in project and portfolio management, ideally within ERP-enabled environments
• Proven ability to lead a program of concurrent multi-product projects
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at the executive level
• Strong commercial mindset with confidence in revenue forecasting and budget control
• Current Prince2, PMI or equivalent certification
• Experience mentoring and developing high-performing project teams
• Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams and customers
• Familiarity with TechnologyOne products (desirable but not essential)
