Lead Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Are you a Lead BA or Senior D365 CRM Functional Consultant with over 5 years' experience in business analysis? Do you have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Miro, Azure DevOps, and prototyping tools like Axure RP?

Our Canberra-based Federal Government client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation program. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional delivery team, working alongside a Solution Architect, Product Manager, Developers, and Testers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that meet real user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.

• Facilitate workshops, create journey maps, and develop artefacts such as user stories, personas, and functional specifications.

• Provide strategic input into solution design aligned with enterprise architecture, data management, and security requirements.

• Ensure requirements are well understood, tested, and delivered to a high standard.

• Manage issues, scope changes, and support the team to deliver on business objectives.
  
  

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong record of delivery in complex environments.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (as a Functional Consultant or Lead BA).

• Experience using tools such as Miro, Azure DevOps, and Axure RP (or similar).

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory).
