Your Next Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic New Building Solutions team in Sydney. In this pivotal support role, you will work closely with our Sales Consultants and Project Delivery team to ensure the smooth running of sales operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Preparing and processing sales documentation and customer contracts
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Assisting with tender submissions, proposals, and reporting
  • Coordinating internal and external communications related to sales activities
  • Monitoring project timelines and helping to track sales milestones
  • Supporting customer inquiries and providing a high level of service
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure efficient handovers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Recently graduated from University or other Tertiary equivalent with a degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-player attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in the construction or building industry (desirable)
