What Your Day Will Look Like….
As a Senior Media Officer, your day will be diverse and impactful. You'll start by reviewing and planning media releases, ensuring timely responses to media enquiries. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with your team to develop compelling content for traditional, digital, and emerging channels. You'll provide expert advice on communication strategies, engage with stakeholders, and support the continuous improvement of our media and communication processes. Your role will also involve identifying and addressing emerging risks, and delivering media training to leadership. Each moment will be an opportunity to enhance the visibility and positive perception of Darling Downs Health, making a real difference in the community.

Darling Downs Health's (DDH) region is a large geographic area covering approximately 90,000 square kilometres across Southeast Queensland.
