You Will:
- Lead strategic compliance and enforcement initiatives across the scheme
- Provide high-level advice to senior executives and stakeholders on emerging issues and trends
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals in a fast-paced regulatory environment
- Represent OIR at forums, seminars, and stakeholder meetings
- Oversee the development and implementation of risk-based frameworks, policies, and projects
We're seeking a skilled leader with strong regulatory experience and a strategic mindset.
You'll Have:
- Demonstrated success in leading compliance/enforcement programs or regulatory teams
- Expertise in interpreting legislation and applying risk-based regulatory approaches
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights
- A commitment to ethical leadership and continuous improvement
- Experience in regulation, auditing, enforcement, or workers' compensation
- Diploma in Government (Investigations) and/or Lead Auditor qualifications
