What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering the full implementation life cycle from planning through to post implementation for ERP projects.
With preferred experience delivering TechnologyOne projects though not mandatory, experience with other large ERP software is welcomed as is Local Government knowledge.
You must have strong communication skills at both a C-Level and to the project team.
You will work closely with our customers and our team of consultants to successfully deliver large projects for our clients by managing the budget, scope, risks, issues, time frames to completion.

You will work closely with our customers and our team of consultants to successfully deliver large projects for our clients by managing the budget, scope, risks, issues, time frames to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Applies project management methodology and processes to achieve desired Project outcomes.
- Proactive risk management, quality assurance, and governance.
- Proactive budget, scope, and requirements management.
- Identifies and establishes appropriate project review points.
- Engages with stakeholders and manages stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Establishes and cultivates communication channels appropriate to project stakeholder needs.
- Coaches and mentors less experienced project managers in project management tools, techniques, and practices.

- 4+ years of experience in Senior Project Management Roles.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills to ensure the appropriate level of communication, coordination, and collaboration of stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with key strategic alliances with internal and external stakeholders, which may include business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers.
- Proven ability to conduct project governance meetings and provide clear up-to-date reports on status and the implications of risk on projects to ensure success.
- Demonstrated experience using project management tools to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes, including but not limited to risk management, quality management, schedule management, resourcing management and project briefs.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated success in interpersonal communication skills and leadership.
- Significant track record of delivering high risk, complex projects or multiple projects that have significant organisational impacts.
