Compliance Officer

- $35-40p/h + penalties
Our client is a manufacturer of precast concrete irrigation gates and irrigation automation for the surface/flood irrigation industry.
What You Will Be Doing
- Implement and manage robust quality control and assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific standards.
- Support and maintain Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage operational risks and change initiatives.
- Deliver training programs to boost quality and compliance awareness.
- Take ownership of documentation, reporting, and internal auditing.
- Work across department to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Admin experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Certification or strong working knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.
- Prior experience supporting and improving compliance systems.
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
