We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) (RFDSSE) as the Auxiliary Partnerships Manager, based in Dubbo NSW.
The Role
The Auxiliary Partnerships Manager will lead the delivery of the Royal Flying Doctor, South Eastern Section Auxiliary Partnerships portfolio. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimising relationships with these valued stakeholder groups to deliver revenue in line with overarching strategy and targets and enhancing our social capital in the communities we serve.
The role is initially being offered on a one (1) Year Maximum Term Part Time contract, two (2) days per week.

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in marketing, communications, fundraising or related field
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with others
- A natural and proven affinity for working with regional and remote communities/clients
- Proven track record and at least 5-years’ experience in major gifts fundraising
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and to manage relationships across multiple remote locations
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to navigate complex community dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and reporting requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team and use initiative to achieve goals
