We exist to provide clear, collaborative, and considered legal solutions to our clients. As a specialist private wealth law firm, we focus exclusively on estate planning, estates, superannuation, commercial, and tax law – ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance in these areas.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Legal Assistant to join our dedicated team and play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and delivering superior client service.

The Role
As a key member of our close-knit team of four, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office while assisting our solicitors in providing high-quality legal services.
We are looking for someone available to work 20–30 hours per week, with responsibilities including:
  • Managing routine office tasks, such as answering phone calls and handling incoming/outgoing post
  • Scheduling client meetings and maintaining solicitors’ calendars
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of wills, trusts, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Supporting estate and probate matters, including Court filing and administration
  • Organising and maintaining both physical and electronic client files
  • Drafting and managing correspondence with clients, financial institutions, and other parties
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
About You
Key to your success in the role will be:
  • Preferred: Current law students or experienced career paralegals
  • Strong proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents, with a solid understanding of legal terminology and concepts
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion
  • Strong technical skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite
