Prospect North Primary School is an inner-metropolitan school located in Prospect and has a 90-year history.

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team.


The Business Manager is accountable to the primary school principal for providing the financial, administrative, physical resource and non-teaching staff human resource services of the school by the effective and efficient day to day management and coordination of the school's strategic plans and education outcomes of students.


What you will do:

  • Provide expertise and advice to management, committees and staff
  • Formulate the site budget
  • Ensure the revenue, expenditure, purchasing and book-keeping requirements are completed
  • Perform reconciliations and prepare/generate financial statements and reports
  • Liaise with the school and local community on school administrative and finance related matters
