Our client is growing and looking for a for a proactive and detail-driven Project Coordinator to join their team in Bella Vista. A subsidiary of a successful land developer this residential builder has a strong pipeline of work and prides themselves on valuing the customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on owning the full client journey, from signed sales contract through to handing over the keys. If you have 2-5 years of pre-construction experience in residential home building and love managing multiple projects with customer contact, this could be the next step in your career.
About the Role:
You’ll manage every phase of the pre-construction and early construction process, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams
- Managing the lifecycle of projects from sales contract to handover
- Coordinating permits, approvals, and building documentation
- Keeping clients informed and well-supported throughout
- Working hands-on with On Site Companion and Data Build to track project progress
About You:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the residential home building industry in a similar role
- In depth knowledge of the pre-construction process - permits, plans, councils, and contracts
- Strong admin, coordination and problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects at a time
- A strong communicator with exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to read plans and understand the construction process would be a bonus
