Due to continued growth and success, RPS is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional client-side projects across the government and defence sectors. Permanent and fixed term opportunities available.

Based in Sydney, our high-performing Project Management team is known for delivering complex, large-scale projects with professionalism and precision. We are always keen to connect with individuals who bring valuable experience, a proactive mindset, and a desire to contribute to meaningful work.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in building and construction, infrastructure, contract management, refits, or property management
  • A background in construction and are looking to transition to the client-side, or build on existing client-side experience
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Head Contract, Managing Contractor, or Design & Construct
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and think strategically
  • Australian Citizenship (required for government and defence projects)
  • AIPM accreditation or equivalent (desirable)
