Seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to support business operations, systems, and governance frameworks. This is a critical delivery-focused role supporting multiple business and operational workstreams—including contract management, financial management, risk and compliance, systems and processes, and policy development.


Working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, you will help manage the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of key activities. You will need strong project knowledge, tactical delivery skills, and the confidence to hold your own with senior stakeholders and technical experts alike. The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a mix of strategic and hands-on project delivery tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and coordination of key business transition projects across multiple streams, including:
    • Financial and contract management
    • Business systems and processes
    • Policy and procedure development
    • Risk and compliance frameworks
  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action logs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage project documentation and records using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Coordinate and support stakeholder meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, briefs, and meeting materials.
  • Work across teams to ensure alignment of business requirements and effective implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Track risks, dependencies, issues, and decision points—ensuring follow-up and escalation where needed.
  • Support delivery of improvements to business workflows, operational policies, and governance practices
  • Help manage communications and change as part of business transition activities.
  • Confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, legal, and compliance teams
About You


You are a highly organised, driven, and resilient project support professional who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments. You have a solid understanding of project lifecycles and governance, and you are comfortable operating across multiple business domains. You can think on your feet, work across different types of initiatives, and influence others to keep things on track.

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role, ideally supporting business transformation or transition programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of business projects, systems, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with project governance, reporting, and planning practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management via SharePoint.
  • Confidence and resilience in dealing with senior stakeholders and strong personalities.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a hands-on, delivery-first mindset.
  • A collaborative, clear communicator who is tactful, structured, and outcomes focused.
  • Background in infrastructure, finance, energy, or government sectors (preferred, not essential).
