About The Role

We're seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive based in Sydney to join our Marketing team on a permanent basis. This exciting role is key to driving engagement and supporting Pont3's world-class event portfolio through effective marketing and communications. You'll manage crucial aspects of our content strategy, execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media), develop creative assets using Canva, and oversee email list management. You'll work closely with our charity partners, support participants and other stakeholders, and collaborate across the dedicated Pont3 team to enhance our brand and event success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Marketing Campaigns: Manage the execution and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns (eDMs, social media, digital assets), contribute creative ideas, and help shape strategy.
• Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging copy for various platforms (event guides, apps, scripts), create design briefs, and manage social media content schedules.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with sponsors, charities, and internal teams to deliver communication requirements and build strong relationships.
• Support Event Delivery: Provide hands-on support during event week, including assisting with participant services, managing volunteers, supporting stage presentations, and briefing suppliers like photographers.
• Analyse & Report: Assist in developing surveys and reports to measure engagement and provide insights to stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a relevant marketing, communications, or customer service role.
• Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns, particularly using eDM (Mailchimp required) and social media platforms.
• Experience creating content for digital channels and supporting stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey), and basic database management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using Canva and standard MS Office software; familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Calm under pressure, well-presented, and demonstrates a passion for learning.
• Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles.
• Must be permanently based in Sydney with the right to work in Australia.
• Willingness and ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours during peak event periods (compensated by additional leave).
