We are now seeking an experienced manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial tenancies. The Role
As the Senior Commercial Property Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of tenancy management from leasing and financial oversight to tenant relationships and compliance while working directly with directors and supported by a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading lease negotiations, renewals, and variations
- Managing rental invoicing, tenant accounts, and financial reporting
- Maintaining strong tenant relationships and handling dispute resolution
- Ensuring compliance with lease terms and relevant legislation
- Overseeing day-to-day property performance and maintenance support
- Engaging confidently with owners, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to strategic planning and portfolio success
You are a confident, experienced property professional with experience in property, real estate, leasing, financials, and client management. You bring professionalism, commercial acumen, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
Your Background Will Include
- Working experience in commercial property management with formal qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial leasing and negotiation
- Strong financial oversight capabilities, including budgeting and reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with legal agreements, compliance requirements, and head leases
- Facilities management knowledge is desirable, though not essential
