Your New Role

In your role as the HR Administrator, you will work with a small, friendly and supportive team, with a primary focus on staff coordination. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties

  • Navigating the newly implemented software, Workday.
  • Correcting and reissuing employee contracts.
  • Assisting with employee enquiries through a ticketing system.
  • Data entry and adhoc administration.

About You

  • Experience in a similar Administration position.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar platform.
  • Intermediate Excel and MS Office.
  • Must hold Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
