Duties
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Allocate and reconcile incoming payments
- Follow up on outstanding debts and resolve customer queries
- Process credit notes and adjustments
- Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliations
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, ideally within a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service approach
- Experience in the food or FMCG sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- 3 days work-from-home flexibility
