Be the welcoming face of WorkPac in our Moranbah office!

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, people-loving Receptionist to join our team on a 9-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our clients and candidates see — setting the tone for their entire experience with us.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping others, and bring positive energy wherever you go, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to play an important role in a high-performing team while keeping our front desk running like a well-oiled machine.

What will your day look like?

• Delivering high quality service to visitors and staff
• Answer inbound calls from new and existing candidates
• Ensuring communication is managed promptly
• High-volume admin duties (database management & compliance)
• Maintaining a clean and organised workplace
