The impact of our Business Partners
Reporting into our Head of Operations, our Business Partners work closely with our Centre Managers and Support Office team to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations across a portfolio of Centres. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and hands-on problem solver, driving initiatives that improve operational quality, compliance, streamline processes, and elevate our overall performance.

You're Remit Includes
- Partner with Centre Directors to support day-to-day operational performance
- Lead and support compliance with regulations, quality standards, and internal policies
- Identify and implement improvements in systems, processes, and resource management
- Monitor key metrics and use data to support strategic decisions
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and workforce optimisation
- Lead or assist in projects related to growth, and service delivery
- Act as a liaison between central support functions and centre teams

Ideally, You’ll Also Display
- Experience in multi-site operations, ideally in early education or a similar service sector
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
- A background in education, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
