We are seeking a Part Time Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team three days per week working:

Monday: 9.00am -1.00pm

Wednesday: 9.00am -1.00pm

Friday: 9.00am -1.00pm

Your New Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
  • Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
  • Maintaining client and staff database/records
  • Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationery, laundry and housekeeping orders
  • Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
  • Assisting with facility accounts
  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

About You

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous administrative and rostering experience
  • Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with a requirement to be able to use Excel
  • A flexible and team-oriented approach
  • A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 Doses)
